This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit soraresidencerenon.com, contact us or rent a loft, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Sora Residence Renon, Jl. Tukad Batanghari II, Dauh Puri Klod, Denpasar Barat, Denpasar, Bali 80225, Indonesia, is run by KSO Sora Residence1 (“we”, “us”). KSO Sora Residence1 decides how your personal data is used and is responsible for it under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

What we collect
When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp or LINE, email us, or send the enquiry form on our website, we receive what you send us: for example your name, your phone number or messaging account, your email address, your move-in date and length of stay, the loft you prefer and your message.
When you book or rent a loft. For your booking and Rental Agreement we also keep your nationality, your passport or KTP number and a copy of it, the loft and dates of your stay, and a record of your payments. When you pay by bank transfer, we see the sender’s name and the amount on our bank statement.
When you visit our website. Our website uses Google Analytics. It uses cookies and similar technologies to record which pages you view, how you reached our site (for example, which link or ad), and general information such as your type of device, browser, language and approximate location (city or country). When you tap a WhatsApp or LINE button on our website, we record the click in our own spreadsheet: the page, the time, your browser language, time zone, type of device and screen size, and the link or ad that brought you to the site. This record does not include your phone number or anything you write in the chat. If we advertise on Google, Facebook or Instagram, we may also measure our ads with Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, and we will update this policy when we do.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, send you prices, photos and videos, and show you a loft in person or on a video call.
- To prepare your booking and Rental Agreement, look after your stay, and handle payments and refunds.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping a copy of your passport or KTP, reporting foreign residents to Immigration, and keeping tax and accounting records.
- To see which pages, links and ads lead to enquiries, so that we can improve our website and our advertising.
We use your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us or send us a form), because we need it to prepare and carry out your Rental Agreement, because the law requires it, or because of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Our team in Bali, and the company that manages the building for us, when they need it to answer you, show you a loft or look after your stay.
- Companies that provide services to us: Google (email, spreadsheets and analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), LINE, our website host, our bank, and the company that runs our website and advertising for us. They may use your data only to provide their service to us or, for the apps you choose to use, under their own privacy policies.
- Government authorities, such as Immigration and the tax office, when Indonesian law requires it.
Some of these companies store data on servers outside Indonesia.
How long we keep it
We keep the details of an enquiry only as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry. If you rent a loft, we keep your rental and payment records for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires, and copies of identity documents only as long as needed. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under Indonesian law you can ask us:
- which personal data we hold about you, and for a copy of it;
- to correct or update it;
- to delete it, or to stop using it, unless we must keep it by law or for your Rental Agreement;
- to stop using it for advertising.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@soraresidencerenon.com or message us on WhatsApp at +62 877 4285 2254. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Indonesian government authority responsible for personal data protection.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private window. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits, you can install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using our website or contacting us.
Children
Our lofts are rented to adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
How we protect it
We keep your personal data in password-protected accounts and give access only to the people who need it for their work.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
