The living room and kitchen sit on the lower level under a high ceiling. An open staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with its own bed, wardrobe, desk and air conditioning.
The staircase to the loft is steep and open. Please keep this in mind if you are travelling with small children or have limited mobility.

Can I rent a loft by the month?
Yes. You can pay monthly or several months in advance. Send us your move-in date and length of stay on WhatsApp or through the form, and we will tell you which lofts are free.
How much is the monthly rent?
IDR 6.8 to 7.8 million a month, depending on the loft, including tax. The rent also includes Wi-Fi, water, cleaning twice a week and fresh linen every week. Electricity (metered) and drinking water are paid separately. Send us your dates and we will confirm the exact rent.
How do I reserve a loft for a monthly stay?
A booking fee of IDR 1,000,000 holds your loft and is deducted from your first rent. There is no security deposit. We then sign a rental agreement in English and Indonesian.
What does each loft have?
A typical loft is about 20 m² over two levels. Every loft is fully furnished, with air conditioning, a kitchenette (hob, sink, microwave and fridge), a drinking-water dispenser, Android TV, a work desk, a wardrobe, a private bathroom and Wi-Fi.
Can I stay for less than a month?
Yes. Stays of less than a month are booked on Airbnb. Use the Airbnb link on this page to see our lofts and their free dates.
Is the building secure?
The main entrance opens only with an access card or PIN, and the lobby door locks automatically. There are 18 CCTV cameras in shared areas such as the corridors, parking, lobby and elevator, and none inside the units. The building also has an elevator and free motorbike parking.
Where is Sora Residence Renon?
At Jl. Tukad Batanghari II in Denpasar, in the Renon area, home to the Bajra Sandhi monument park. Sanur Beach is a short drive away, and Ngurah Rai airport is about 30 minutes by car.
Is the loft suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility?
The bedroom is on a mezzanine reached by a steep, open staircase. Please keep this in mind if you are travelling with small children or have limited mobility.
