What a month at Sora Residence Renon costs
Sora Residence Renon is a building of furnished mezzanine loft apartments in Renon, Denpasar, open since September 2025. This guide lists everything you pay in a typical month: the rent, what it already includes, and the few costs on top.

Monthly rent
IDR 6,800,000 to 7,800,000 a month, depending on the loft. All taxes are included, among them the regional tax PB1, and no other tax is added.
Send us your dates and the loft you like, and we will confirm the exact rent.
What the rent includes
- A fully furnished two-level loft with air conditioning, a kitchenette (hob, sink, microwave and fridge), a drinking-water dispenser, Android TV, a work desk, a wardrobe and a private bathroom
- Wi‑Fi (300 Mbps line)
- Water supply
- Room cleaning twice a week
- Fresh bed linen every week
- All taxes, including PB1
- Free motorbike parking

An example month
For a loft at IDR 6,800,000 a month, using 200 kWh of electricity:

For a loft at IDR 7,800,000, the same month comes to about IDR 8,340,000. Your own total depends on the loft you choose and how much you use the air conditioning.
Booking fee and deposit
Once we have confirmed that a loft is free for your dates, a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000 holds it for you. The booking fee is deducted from your first rent, and there is no security deposit.
If you cancel, or do not check in within a day of your check-in date, we keep the booking fee as a cancellation fee.
How you pay
- Rent is paid in advance by bank transfer, month by month or for the whole stay at once. For a stay of two months or less, the whole rent is paid by check-in. Bank charges are paid by you.
- Extra days are charged at the monthly rent divided by 30.
- Electricity is billed after each month and paid on site, in cash or by card. The last bill is paid before you leave.
- The rental agreement is in English and Indonesian.
Extending or leaving early
To extend your stay, ask us at least 10 days before your check-out date. If you need to leave early, give us 30 days’ notice by WhatsApp or email: rent is due until the end of the notice period, and any rent you have paid for later is refunded.
Which loft fits you
- The field-view loft, 2nd floor: a double-height window with daylight and a wide view over open green fields.
- The upper-floor loft, 5th floor: the same loft layout, higher above the street. Quiet and well away from lobby traffic.
- The quiet long-stay lofts, 307 and 308: in the middle of the building, away from street noise, with a desk in the loft. A good fit for remote work and stays of several weeks.
Every loft is for up to 2 people. Stays of less than a month are booked on Airbnb. See photos of the lofts.

Questions
Is electricity included in the rent?
No. Each loft has its own meter, read at the end of each month, and electricity costs IDR 1,444.70 per kWh. Your bill depends mostly on how much you use the air conditioning.

Yes. All taxes are included in the rent, among them the regional tax PB1, and no other tax is added.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. A booking fee of IDR 1,000,000 holds your loft and is deducted from your first rent.
Can I stay for less than a month?
Yes. Stays of less than a month are booked on Airbnb, where you can see our lofts and their free dates.
